Over 50 Years of Family Care

Dayton Family Practice Associates opened its doors over 50 years ago when Dr. George A. Denka began his medical career in a small house in the Belmont neighborhood. He practiced in the same location for over 25 years. He was later joined by his son, Dr. David Denka, followed by Dr. Cynthia Kallet and Dr. Arvin Nanda in expanded office space on Smithville Road close to the original location. Dr. Zachary Denka joined the practice in 2016 and is the third generation to continue Dr. George Denka's commitment to patient care.

It has been our privilege to care for many of the original patients of Dr. George Denka, as well as to establish lasting relationships with new patients. We consider it an honor to continue the legacy of quality patient care based on long term relationships that Dr. George Denka fostered.
